Each workshop pairs a two-hour lesson with two hours of Play of the Hand. Replays include 4 to 5 hours of video, a workbook, a two-page cheatsheet and hands to practice on BBO or BridgeChamp.

Start with an auction you already recognize. These are suggested learning routes, not enrollment requirements. You can take any workshop on its own.
New to bidding? Begin with the free Learn Bridge lessons. Come back when you can count high card points, recognize a fit and follow a basic auction.
Start with the free Learn Bridge lessonsBefore you start: know what a balanced hand looks like and what your partnership's 1NT opening promises. Suggested order: Stayman, then Jacoby Transfers. Start with finding a four-card major fit, then learn how to show a five-card major.
Before you start: be comfortable with opening bids, overcalls and responding to partner. Suggested order: Takeout Doubles, then Negative Doubles, then 5-5 Hands. Learn what a double asks of partner before adding bids that show two suits.
Before you start: understand opening strength, responder's first bid and opener's rebid. Know the difference between a bid partner may pass and a forcing bid that asks partner to keep bidding. Suggested order: Two Over One, then Forcing Auctions. For Reverses, review opener's rebids first. These are different agreements; you don't have to play Two Over One to use a reverse.

Partner opens 1NT showing 15 to 17 high card points and a balanced hand. The opponents pass. You're playing standard Stayman.
You bid 2♣ to ask about a four-card major. Partner holds four ♥ and four ♠. Which major does partner show first?
2♥. With both four-card majors, opener answers 2♥ first. The artificial 2♣ bid asks a question; it doesn't show a ♣ suit. The other replies are 2♠ with four ♠ and no four ♥, or 2♦ with neither four-card major.

They open 1NT and you want in. DONT, Cappelletti and Woolsey give your hand a bid partner can read.
Is 2♦ stronger than 3♦? Sort out the raises, understand partner's next bid, then practice the hands together.
You open a major and partner raises, and game depends on one suit you’re worried about. A help suit game try names that suit and asks partner to cover it, and a spiral raise asks how long and how good partner’s raise really was.
Partner opens a major and you have four trumps and real values. Jacoby 2NT asks about shape, the splinter bid tells it without being asked.
Partner opens 1NT and you hold a four-card major. 2♣ asks the question that finds your fit.
Show your five-card major over 1NT and let the strong hand declare. The partner of Stayman.
