In Memoriam — Billy Eisenberg

Last night, the bridge world lost one of its most iconic figures. Billy Eisenberg—Grand Life Master, original member of the legendary Dallas Aces, and five-time Bermuda Bowl champion—passed away peacefully at the age of 87. With daring card sense, a sharp wit, and an endless appetite for games of skill, Billy became a force at every table he graced. His legacy stretches far beyond trophies—it lives in the stories, friendships, and love for the game he spread throughout his lifetime.

Billy didn’t just win. He innovated, mentored, and competed with a sense of purpose and joy.
